Leading engagement for new homes in Enfield

Lowick is leading the community and political engagement on behalf of MTVH for the proposed redevelopment of 304–322 Ordnance Road in Enfield.

Our team delivered a comprehensive engagement programme, including stakeholder meetings and public events that invited residents to view the plans and share their feedback.

The proposals will deliver 24 new social rent homes, alongside improved green spaces, play areas and modern, sustainable facilities for existing tenants and the wider community.
