Spencer Livermore   Spencer is an expert in strategic communications. He advises clients on managing reputations, reframing issues, and marketing products.  He has worked as Director of Strategy at business reputation consultancy Teneo Blue Rubicon, where he built and had Board responsibility for their strategic consulting division; as a Partner at insight and strategy consultancy Britain Thinks; and as Senior Strategist at advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi.  Prior to working in business, he served in government for ten years, in the Treasury as Chief Strategy Adviser to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and then in 10 Downing Street as Director of Strategy to the Prime Minister. He was also a senior adviser on four General Election campaigns.  Spencer is a member of the House of Lords, where he sits on the Economic Affairs Select Committee, and is a Senior Fellow in Communications at the London School of Economics.

Claire Kober

Claire is Managing Director Homes at Pinnacle Group and also oversees Pinnacle People and Connect, a 24/7 contact centre providing services to the public, private and third sectors. She sits on the Pinnacle Group executive committee.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Claire spent a decade in local government as Leader of the London Borough of Haringey where she prioritised improving education outcomes for all children, wide-scale regeneration and delivering better housing.

Claire is a former Chair of London Councils – the regional body that brings together the capital’s 32 boroughs to lobby for fairer funding and a better quality of life for Londoners and also represented the region on the London Enterprise Panel. She served as finance portfolio holder for the Local Government Association. In 2015, Claire was awarded an OBE for services to local government.

 
Owen Meredith   Owen is National Chairman of the Tory Reform Group (TRG) championing the One Nation tradition within Conservative thinking and policy making. He has been a Conservative activist for more than 15 years and has wide experience across the voluntary party from university branches to Constituency Chairman and National Executive. He stood as the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Newcastle-under-Lyme in the June 2017 General Election, securing the highest vote share for the Party since 1900 with 48.1%.  Owen has developed a career working with membership organisations and professional institutions to raise their profile and broaden stakeholder engagement. In his day job, Owen is Managing Director of a London based media organisation representing magazine media brands and business intelligence publishers, working at the highest level across the industry to promote, protect and advance the industry.

Owen Meredith
