Planning Approval for Armourer’s Court, Woolwich

Berkeley Homes has secured unanimous approval from the Royal Borough of Greenwich for the updated Armourer’s Court application, part of the wider Royal Arsenal masterplan.

The scheme will deliver 575 new homes, including 35% affordable housing, alongside new commercial space, landscaped public areas and a biodiversity net gain across the site.

Lowick led all consultation and political engagement throughout the application process, ensuring strong local support and a successful outcome at committee. The approval marks another milestone in the regeneration of Woolwich and the ongoing transformation of the Royal Arsenal into a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood.
