Planning Approval for Orchard Wharf, Tower Hamlets

Tower Hamlets Council has granted unanimous approval for Orchard Wharf, a major mixed-use scheme by Regal (by Arada) delivering 208 affordable homes, 1,365 student rooms, and a revitalised working wharf on the River Thames.

The scheme combines new housing, public open space and a low-carbon logistics hub for Thames Clippers Logistics, creating a sustainable new neighbourhood in Leamouth.

Lowick supported the project on behalf of Regal by Arada, leading all consultation and political engagement throughout the application process, helping to ensure a successful outcome at committee.

Once complete, Orchard Wharf will stand as a benchmark for co-location and sustainable urban regeneration in London.
