Planning Approval Secured for the Regeneration of the Tiller Road Estate

We’re delighted to share that our client, Mount Anvil, together with JV partner Riverside, has secured planning approval from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for the regeneration of the Tiller Road Estate on the Isle of Dogs.

This transformational scheme will deliver:

🏗️ 400 new safe, warm and high-quality homes, with 40% affordable
🏡 A strong emphasis on family-sized homes to help tackle overcrowding
🛝 New playground and children’s play space
👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Flexible community space and a dedicated programme of events
