We are delighted that our client Ridgeback Group secured unanimous planning approval (yesterday evening) from Tower Hamlets Council’s Strategic Development Committee for the redevelopment of One Selsdon Way, Crossharbour.

The proposals will deliver an exemplar 35-storey building, featuring 307 much-needed rental homes (35% affordable), alongside dedicated community space, which was guided and curated in consultation with local residents and groups.

The Lowick team (Stephen Goodall and Dan Bewley) managed all aspects of the community and political consultation from project inception to committee.
