Lowick’s ESG Commitment Charter 

Environmental Commitments: 

Sustainable Practice: We commit to minimising our environmental footprint, operating out of net zero facilities and eco-friendly office environments, minimising waste, promoting recycling and employing a digital-first policy. 

Sustainable Development: We will actively encourage the sustainable development of our clients’ initiatives and schemes e.g. by minimising carbon output and increasing levels of urban greening.  

Social Impact: We seek to serve clients who share our commitment to sustainable practice and positive Social Impact.  

Social Commitments:  

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: Lowick will always foster a diverse, inclusive workplace and promote equality of opportunity in hiring and promotion. 

Community Building: Lowick will always foster community spirit amongst our team, ensuring regular team building exercises and social events, as well as supporting both personal and professional development. 

Go Local: Lowick commits to supporting local suppliers and local businesses, and will engage with local charities and initiatives as part of our broader Social Impact commitments. 

Governance commitments:  

Transparency: Lowick commits to transparency of internal decision-making through all tiers of our business, involving team members in the process.  

Internal development: Lowick commits to personal development plans for all employees, actively encouraging upward movement within the business, as well as supporting team members in skills training throughout their time at Lowick.  

Upholding these commitments: 

Impact monitoring: Lowick will provide Annual Impact Reports, including a record of the impact, both positive and negative, that Lowick has on the environment and wider society, as well as an assessment of our internal structures. 

• The report will highlight achievements of our team, profile our team’s accomplishments and give data on the internal running of our business. 

Social Impact accountability: Lowick has established a team of Social Impact Officers, ensuring an accurate and sufficient implementation of this charter, further ESG commitments and monitoring progress along the way.  

ESG Training: Lowick commits to providing ongoing ESG and EDI focused training and awareness sessions in our ‘Lowick Academy’ series to equip all members of our team to uphold our ESG commitments and build a business that brings benefit to ourselves and our clients.
